Directly by the beautiful garden are two apartments, which are very similar in layout and size. They each have two bedrooms, a large living-cum-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, seating area and comfortable couch, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a hallway and a beautifully landscaped garden.

The design of the apartments is very appealing due to its beautiful mix of natural elements, such as wooden floors and porcelain stoneware - and modern colours. The installed appliances (kitchen, TV, light, etc.) are all state-of-the-art.

The special feature is all around you here, because the walls of this apartment consist of 100% ecological building materials – wood and clay. The resulting proven healthy humidity in the room is achieved thanks to the patented eco solid system. You therefore benefit in two ways as you are surrounded by pristine nature inside and out.

This apartment is divided into a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a hallway and an approx. 18 m² large living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. If necessary, the living room sofa can be pulled out and used as a bed for a maximum of two children. The apartment is located on the ground floor.
